The Durrow Scarecrow Festival is now in its 9th year. Nominated twice for ‘Best Festival’ in the Irish Times Ticket Awards, the festival is fast becoming one of national acclaim. We strive to improve our festival to ensure all our visitors enjoy the events as much as we enjoy providing them. Every year during the festival planning phase, we listen to and take on board many of our visitor’s ideas on how to improve our events. We understand we need to stay ahead of the times so as to capture the imaginations of both the young and the old and in so doing, we are helping create happy memories of Durrow for years to come.
