The I WISH Conference sponsored by Dell EMC and VMware in association with Science Foundation Ireland is an annual event to inspire, encourage and motivate young female students to pursue careers in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The conference and interactive exhibitions feature workshops, competitions and talks, and has reached nearly 12,000 students in the past four years.
