Midleton Educate Together National School (METNS), together with Green Saffron’s Arun Kapil, will host a very special Cooking Demo in the school from 7pm-10pm with proceeds from ticket sales and a raffle on the night going towards purchasing equipment for the new school. The go-to spice guru in Ireland, Arun loves sharing his spice knowledge, and he will share his infectious enthusiasm and love for all things spice, imparting some of his expertise with a cookery demo focussing on warming, colourful, and comforting food that tastes great.
